The rules for using Coach at Hand. Short, because there is not much to say yet.

What Coach at Hand is

A place where coaches and gyms in Bulgaria show what they do, and where clients find them and get in touch.

We are not a party to what you agree with a coach. Sessions, prices, cancellations and payment are arranged between you and them directly. No money passes through Coach at Hand, and we take no commission.

Your account

You must be at least 14 years old. Keep your password to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

What you publish

What you upload stays yours. By publishing it here you allow us to show it in the app and on the website, which is the whole point of publishing it.

Do not publish anything you do not have the right to publish, anything about another person filmed without their agreement, or anything unlawful, hateful or misleading about your qualifications.

We can remove content and close accounts that break these rules. Where it is not urgent, we will say why.

Verification

A verified badge means someone has spoken to that coach, or rung the number a gym publishes and spoken to whoever answered. It says we made contact. It is not a judgement about how good they are, and it is not a qualification we have checked.

What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available, and we are not responsible for what happens between you and a coach.
